Pilates
Body control pilates is designed to make pilates accessible to all; whether it is your first time exercising, you are recovering from an injury, operation or illness, or an athlete wishing to improve stamina, form and prevent injury. It’s great for runners, horse riders, golfers, and other sports enthusiasts to complement their training. The beauty of body control pilates is that it can always be adapted to the appropriate level for you, which is also why it is a safe and effective way to exercise during pregnancy and the postnatal period too.

Yoga

TRX Suspension Training
